What BukSalon is

BukSalon is a website and an Android app that help people and salons manage the waiting line. Customers can join a salon's queue or book a time from their phone. Salons get a simple dashboard to run their queue, appointments, offers and regular customers.

BukSalon does not provide salon services itself. Every salon on BukSalon is an independent business that decides its own services, prices and opening hours.

The problem we solve

On a busy day, many salons have a crowd at the door. People don't know how long they will wait, who came first, or whether they can step out for a few minutes. Staff lose time managing the line instead of serving customers.

With BukSalon, every customer gets a token number and can see their place in line live on their phone. They can come back when their turn is near, and the salon calls the next token when a chair is free.

How it works

For customers

• At the salon: scan the BukSalon QR code at the door or counter, type your name and get a token in your browser. No app and no signup needed.
• In the app or website: log in with your Indian mobile number and a one-time code (or with Google) to book a time up to a week ahead, use coupons, and collect salon loyalty points and BukPoints.
• Watch your place in line live and walk in when it's your turn.
• Booking is free. You don't pay BukSalon anything. You pay the salon for its services by cash, card or UPI.

For salon owners

• Add your salon, services, prices and opening hours, then put up your QR poster.
• Call the next token, start and finish each visit with one tap, take appointments, and run your own offers and loyalty points.
• Every new salon is checked before customers can book it: by a BukSalon field agent at the shop, or by the BukSalon team from the shop photo and location.

For field agents

• Field agents help salons in their own area join BukSalon: they register the shop, take a photo of it and show the owner how to use the queue.
• Anyone interested can apply to become a field agent. A BukSalon team member reviews every application. There is no joining fee.
• Agents earn only for real salons with real customers, after BukSalon checks them. Earnings are not guaranteed. The full rules are in the Field agent terms.

What we stand for

• Your privacy. We never sell your personal data and we don't use it for ads. Read our Privacy policy.
• Independent salons. Salons are their own businesses. They set their own services, prices and hours, and they are responsible for the service they give.
• You pay the salon. Customers pay the salon directly. BukSalon does not collect money for salon services and charges customers no booking fee.
• A fair line. Everyone can see their token number and place in line, so there is less confusion and less crowding at the counter.

Who runs BukSalon

BukSalon is owned and run by Neeraj Kumar as a sole proprietor in India. We are based in Jhumri Telaiya, Koderma district, Jharkhand, India.
