Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and no card needed. You get 1 QR code, up to 2 staff, 15 services, the live queue, appointments and 7-day reports.
No. They scan your QR with their phone camera, type their name (the mobile number is optional), and get a token in the browser, or pick a later time. Booking from your QR is free. Customers who book in the BukSalon app also get coupons and points.
From your dashboard, pay by UPI and enter the payment reference. Your plan is switched on after we verify it. Pay monthly or yearly (yearly saves 20%). There is no auto-debit.
Platform coupons and BukPoints are funded by BukSalon. When a customer uses them at your salon, that amount is paid back to you. Your own coupons and loyalty points are funded by you.
Mark the token as a no-show with one tap and call the next one. Customers can also cancel from their phone, which frees their place automatically.
